Holt in Group Exhibition at Elaine L. Jacob Gallery at Wayne State University

Trisha Holt (Photography ’12) is part of the group exhibition, In Pieces: Presence and Objecthood in the Aftermath of Technologythat will be open to the public at the Elaine L. Jacob Gallery from January 20 through March 24, 2017. The concept for this exhibition is a meditation on technology and how technology has affected the ways we think about ourselves. Asking: do we know ourselves differently than we did before an encounter with a sculpture, a book, a photograph, a video? Each interaction is composed of an experiential sequence, some of which appears in a recognizable chronology, others of which, dematerialized, scatter in a swirling orbit of nonsense.
