Peterson's "Shadow of Men" Opens at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver in February

The Museum of Contemporary Art Denver (MCA Denver) is presenting an exhibition by Cleon Peterson (2D Design ’06) in 2018. The exhibition, titledCleon Peterson: Shadow of Men, showcases the artist’s aesthetic mastery, long under-recognized by the museum field. This solo presentation also demonstrates the importance of representing violence to highlight a disturbing current fundamental element of society. The installations will introduce Peterson’s murals, paintings, and sculptures to a new audience and will transform the museum inside and out. The exhibition opens February 2, 2018 through May 27, 2018.
