New Public Artwork by Donald Lipski Approved for Philadelphia Public Services Building

The Office of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy’s Percent for Art Program announced that a new public work by Donald Lipski (Ceramics ’73) has been approved for the new Philadelphia Public Services Building.

The site-specific commission will be a 9-foot tall sculptural representation of a police officer’s badge.
