Three Academy Alumni Awarded 2021-22 AICAD Postgraduate Teaching Fellowships

Ricky Weaver (Photography ’18), Morgan Bouldes (Photography ’21), and Chelsea Flowers (Sculpture ’17) have each been awarded a 2021-22 Association of Independent Colleges of Art & Design (AICAD) Post-graduate Teaching Fellowship. A total of 18 fellowships were awarded by AICAD this year. The fellowship program seeks to provide professional practice opportunities to high-achieving alumni who recently graduated from AICAD member schools, while also increasing the racial and ethnic diversity of faculty at these institutions.
Ricky Weaver is placed at ArtCenter College of Design. Morgan Bouldes is placed at Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. Chelsea Flowers is placed at Parsons School of Design.
