Caroline del Guidice, Rosalind Tallmadge Featured in All-Female Abstract Exhibition at David Klein Gallery

Congratulations to Caroline del Guidice (MFA Sculpture 2020) and Rosalind Tallmadge (MFA Painting 2015), who are both included in a new group exhibition at David Klein Gallery. Together & Apart features four artists who all work in the abstract, a style in which women have historically been excluded and underrecognized.

The medium of each artist varies, with del Guidice working in metal sculpture, and Talmadge working in mixed-media painting. The artists address gender directly, exploring concepts of identity, beauty, and sexuality through their material, color, and references to the female form.

An opening reception for Together & Apart will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 5-8pm.
