Zoe McGuire in Group Exhibition 'Arcadia and Elsewhere' at James Cohan Gallery
Cranbrook Academy of Art alumna Zoe McGuire has two paintings included in Arcadia and Elsewhere, a new group exhibition at James Cohan Gallery in New York. The exhibition celebrates the breadth and complexity of contemporary landscape painting practices across geographies and generations.
McGuire’s landscape paintings are inspired by nature, music, and mysticism. Her works have been described as creating “a sense of otherworldliness through layers of color and light.”
Arcadia and Elsewhere will be on view at James Cohan Gallery through February 10, 2024.
