Dee Clements Receives Pollock-Krasner and Center for Craft Grants
Cranbrook Academy of Art celebrates alumna Dee Clements (MFA 3D Design 2020) for receiving two significant honors this summer:
Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant (2025)
Dee Clements has been named a recipient of the 2024–2025 Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant, joining a select group of artists awarded unrestricted support to advance their creative practice.
Center for Craft Teaching Artist Cohort Grant (2025)
She was also selected as a Teaching Artist Cohort Grant recipient by the Center for Craft. This award includes a $10,000 grant and a six-month cohort experience to support her dual roles as an artist and educator. Clements plans to create new curriculum for her fibercraft school, The Weaving Workshop in Chicago.
