Cas Holman Releases New Book About the Importance of Play

Cas Holman (MFA 3D Design 2005) recently discussed her new book, “Playful: How Play Shifts Our Thinking, Inspires Connection, and Sparks Creativity” on CBS Mornings Plus and in interviews with Time magazine, CNBC, Psychology Today, and several other media outlets.

In addition to her studies at the Academy, Holman has worked for Google, Nike, and LEGO. She says play isn’t just for kids—it’s a core human instinct that fuels creativity and connection at every age. Watch the interview below.
