Stephen Kent (Ceramics ’13) has a new solo exhibition featuring new works available online. Kent’s cast painting series in The Art of Living at Haverkampf Galerie explores the way in which we formulate our conscious reflection through decorative gestures.
The cast painting series both celebrates and questions the disparity between the societal gestures of mark-making and consumption while convoluting the processes in which we experience the image.
