Ceramics Alumna Rebecca Harvey Named Executive Director of Archie Bray Foundation
Rebecca Harvey (Ceramics ’93) has been named the Executive Director of the Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts, starting on July 1, 2022.
The Archie Bray Foundation is an internationally renowned nonprofit creative center dedicated to ceramic arts based in Helena, Montana. Their headquarters in the 26-acre former brickyard at 2915 Country Club Ave. in Helena is a gathering place for emerging and professional ceramic artists.
Harvey is a dedicated educator and leader in the arts education field. She spent more than 25 years in the Arts department at The Ohio State University and also served at the Royal College of Art in London as head of the applied arts program. Before accepting the position at the Archie Bray Foundation, she was serving as a director and professor at Ball State University’s School of Art.
