Cydney Camp, Chris Pinter, Daniel Ribar featured in Detroit's Inaugural Season Fair at Michigan Central
Cranbrook Academy of Art alumni Cydney Camp (MFA Painting 2023), Chris Pinter (MFA 2D Design 2019), and Daniel Ribar (MFA Photography 2025) are among the featured artists in Season Fair’s inaugural edition of Detroit Presents, a curated exhibition platform featuring 10 individual artist booths that highlight the city’s most compelling and influential artistic voices.
Detroit Presents will be on view from September 25 to 28, 2025, at Michigan Central in Detroit. The ten featured artists’ practices span photography, painting, installation, and experimental design.
Camp explores Black femininity, mythology, and the Black Venus archetype through intimate new paintings. Pinter introduces a new body of work, Sillage, abstract paintings that register the lingering physicality of fear. Ribar revisits the overlooked material culture of suburban youth—bike skid marks, firework burns, dented drywall—as painterly marks loaded with memory and meaning.
