Chris Salas Opens First Solo Exhibition at Lynden Sculpture Garden

Chris Salas (MFA Ceramics 2023) opens their first solo exhibition, Forms of Remembrance, this month at the Lynden Sculpture Garden in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this exhibition, Salas explores material cultures as living reflections of ecological and ancestral relationships across the Americas.
Forms of Remembrance will be on view August 23 through November 2, 2025. An opening reception will take place on Saturday, August 23, from 1 to 5pm. The opening will begin with a food event by the arts collective Open Kitchen, followed by a conversation about the exhibition led by Korina Victoria Hernandez, Assistant Curator at MCA Chicago.
