Goff Is Part of Group Show "Reel Real" at Fosdick-Nelson Gallery
January 26th, 2017
Shannon Goff (Ceramics ’03) is part of the group show Reel Real at the Fosdick-Nelson Gallery at Alfred University. The exhibition questions perceptions of reality. Goff’s piece, a monumental sculpture made entirely out of cardboard, titled Miles To Empty, is a visual critique of the decline in human industry. The life-size 1979 Mark V Lincoln Continental is a tribute to the human hand and workmanship in Detroit. The exhibition runs until February 22, 2017.
