Meaghan Barry and Lilian Crum of Unsold Studio Win Indigo Design Awards for Cranbrook on the Green

Congratulations to Academy alums Meaghan Barry (MFA 2D Design 2012) and Lilian Crum (MFA 2D Design 2012), owners of UnSold Studio on winning several Indigo Design Awards for their work on Cranbrook on the Green’s visual identity! As an Agency, Unsold Studio won Gold in Branding for Entertainment, Silver in Integrated Graphic Design for Graphic Design, and Bronze in Branding for Graphic Design.
On their website, Unsold describes the project’s look-and-feel as “a nostalgic summertime mood by using youthful, bright colors that are combined with Esprit-like geometry and 80’s/90’s-style patterning. The collaged approach itself nods to the iconic Cranbrook designer, April Greiman.”
The commission included a wide-ranging suite of designs for digital, print, and in-person use.
