Works by Cranbrook Academy of Art alumni Qualeasha Wood (MFA Photography 2020) and Nick Cave (MFA Fiber 1989) will be included in an upcoming exhibition at Brooklyn Museum featuring over 100 works by Black artists from Alicia Keys and Kaseem Dean’s (Swizz Beatz) personal collection.

The couple has collected numerous large-scale works, their total collection numbers in the thousands, and the exhibition will mark the first time to see this selection of works together. They have also indicated several works from their collection will be donated to Brooklyn Museum.

Giants: Art from the Dean Collection of Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys will be on view from February 10 through July 7, 2024.
