Jenna VanFleteren’s (MFA 3D Design 2022) solo exhibition at I.M. Weiss Gallery in Detroit, MI features recent textile works, transforming simple broadcloth into details objects inspired by typologies of the home. In hues of rose gold, candy pink, and neon green, VanFleteren’s works are an interactive exploration of color and craft paying homage to textiles.
A special opening reception will be held at I.M. Weiss Gallery on Saturday, June 10, to celebrate both the 2023 Glass Art Society Conference and Play-Ability. Play-Ability is on view through July 8, 2023.
